Chef at Home

We have been working on a number of flatbreads. While this one does not appear flat its light, crispy, bubbly crust hides the molten cheese beneath. Other variations on the theme include a sesame-miso-clam and a breakfast inspiration. Time and taste will tell which ones make the final cut.
