Salt Your Melon

We freeze a small salt block and top it with two types of melon. We add some cucumber pieces and lavender blossoms to add aroma to the melon. The melon is placed on the salt and as it sits it is seasoned. The herbs around the salt block: lemon verbena, basil and more lavender add aroma to what is a very cold dish.
