Stop and take a moment to look around. What is it you see? What do you want to cook? Morels may be beautiful as is the fluke at the fish counter and the spring onions as you circle back through the produce. A glance at the cheese counter shows feta in brine. The dish is born. Do not be afraid of what you see, what you want and how you want to cook it.
