Chips and Cheese

The laminated pasta of potato chips and cheddar cheese took a break over the summer. With the weather cooling off again and a growing hunger in our bellies this delicious pasta is due to make a return. In a straightforward application we have accented the noodles with bacon, parsley and cheese. The combination is tasty and its apparent flaw may be its simplicity. On the bright side if flaws taste this good we are game to try a few more.
